Jemima Marcelle Khan (born 30 January 1974) is an English socialite who is best known as Hugh Grant's ex-girlfriend and for her temporary move to Pakistan after marrying Imran Khan, now her ex-husband. She is a UNICEF UK Ambassador and has written columns for newspapers such as The Guardian, the Daily and Sunday Telegraph.

Born out of wedlock in London as Jemima Marcelle Goldsmith, Khan is the eldest of aristocratic Englishwoman Lady Annabel Vane-Tempest-Stewart and the late Anglo-French financier Sir James Goldsmith's three children. She has two younger brothers, Zac and Ben Goldsmith.

Khan's paternal half-siblings include: Isabel, the granddaughter of Antenor Patiño; Alix and Manes, her father's offspring with second wife and former secretary Ginette Lery; and Jetho and Charlotte, born to her father's French mistress. Through her mother's first marriage, Khan is also half-sister to the deceased Rupert, businessman Robin Birley, and the artist India Jane.
